We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Controlling your personal information

If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information to contact you with information about the Trails Network and other All-Seeing Interactive products, you may change your mind at any time by writing to us at support@trails-network.net or by changing your preferences in the My Account section of the Trails Network web interface.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to support@trails-network.net.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

Ownership

By storing your data on the Trails Network you do not forfeit any rights you have to ownership of that material. Any information you choose to store on the Trails Network remains your property.

Cancelling your account

If you choose to cancel your access to the Trails Network beta, we will endeavour to remove your personal information from our records soon afterwards. However, we may store your data for a maximum period of two years after you have left the service as part of wider data backups.
